| Helped a friend out do some work today. While I was chainsawing a limb
off of a fallen tree. A 2 inch thick wild potatoe vine fell down and
smacked me in the forehead and nose. I ended up not looking to good. I
had to pull thick thorns out of my forehead.
I could not begin to fathom the pain Jesus was in when they put a
crown of thorns on His head. His love did that for us. I am constantly
humbled everytime I think about what Jesus did for us.

| Well a new day has begun. Going to help out a friend for most of the
day with some work for his business to pick up a little extra cash.
That is always good. I am about to switch jobs again here soon. Once I
pass a physical. I am leaving Wal Mart and going to work for a place
called Florida Rock. It is better money and better benefits. I go back
to working on the day shift . As well as getting all the overtime I
want. Plus most of the time having the weekend off again. I am excited.
Florida Rock is a cement, dirt, rock, gravel, etc. type of a plant.
I am ready for church Sunday morning. I will be teaching children's
church. I really have a heart for kids. Next Sunday as well I will be
working with the kids again. I also get to be the human target.*LOL*
What you may ask that is? I am going to have snowballs thrown at me as
contest for whichever kid brought the most visitors. Every kid that
show up will get to throw one at me tho. The head of the children's
ministry had ordered 2 tons of snow for that day. Should be loads of
fun.

| Got up this morn with only having 3 hrs of sleep. Working overnites at
Wal Mart seems to do that to people.*L* Did not sleep much during the
day either. Just sat around eating all day. Hey but I did clean up my
truck some. I eventually ended up eating a large pizza with bacon and
pepproni, 3/4 of a bag Multigrain Harvest chips and 1 gallon of sweet
tea. Oops for got the bag of starburst jelly beans.*L* I saw some birds
in my yard this morning too. Well I did forget to mention that I burned
a humongous pile of wood and brush today for fun.*L* Nice giant bonfire
shall I say. I have to work Saturday nite tho. So I may actually try and sleep some saturday daytime.

| Ok got in from work this morning as usual. I'd planned to go to bed
early but my stomach was grumbling. I ate a huge bowl of fruity pebbles
then hit the sack. About 5 hrs later and me being in a deep sleep what
else could happen but the phone keeps on ringing. grrrrrrr
So now I am wide awake. I need to remember to shut my phone off when I
get in from work. Only a couple more days till my days off from Wal
mart and to find out if I will be getting a new job I applied for. This
one will be better money and benefits. Here is a quote for the day..."

| Ok here it is..... Yes finally an update after some time away from the
net which was seriously needed. I got to catch up on some much needed
sleep. I ate alot too. Ha ha!!! I went to a my nieces wedding which was
a high dollar fancy wedding. I got to see my dad and my sister and my
niece(the one who got married. I had a nice time visiting with them but
was seriously shunned by the grooms side of the family. I made it
through Christmas time pretty good. Except for working at Wal
mart which was a serious mad house and kept quite a few of us under
stress. Even tho I have only been there a short time I am going for the
department managers position in electronics. Means an increase in pay
too which is good. I should know if I get the position in a couple of
days.
Here is a useless thought for the day ..... What does chicken taste like?
